The moment the return is approved, we trigger the refund through the same gateway you paid with. You'll get an email with a reference number.
Your bank's part
- Cards — 3 to 5 working days.
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) — usually instant once we trigger.
- Store credit — instant; appears in your wallet ready to spend.
Past the upper bound? Ping support with the refund reference number and we'll chase your bank.
