Open Account → Profile to update:
- Name — used on invoices and order summaries.
- Email — we'll ask you to verify the new address before switching.
- Phone — optional; the number we use for delivery updates. Add or change it any time.
- Date of birth — unlocks birthday rewards if the loyalty programme is on.
- Marketing preferences — toggle order alerts, sale notifications, and the journal newsletter independently.
Why some changes need verification
Your email is how we reach you for password resets and security notices. To protect against account takeovers we ask you to verify a new email address before the change takes effect — but you can keep using the account during the verification window.
